What actually happens at a DTC Live Deep Dive (and why founders keep coming back)

Picture a smaller room, one focused topic, and a full day to properly get your hands into it..

So what is it, really?

A Deep Dive is a one-day working session for scaling eCommerce brands, built around a single topic that matters right now. It runs from 9am to 3pm, with lunch and plenty of coffee to keep the conversation going.

Here's how the day flows. You hear from experts and partners who know the topic inside out, in focused sessions rather than long keynotes. Then you get hands-on: working through what it means for your own business, talking openly about the problems you're facing, and getting your doubts answered while you're in the room. It is informational, it comes with benchmarking data and honest input from peers a step or two ahead, and it's free for eligible brands.

Two Deep Dives before the year's out

Each one is built around a topic that actually matters right now.

Deep Dive MCR - 1 October, Manchester: Scaling Smarter. This session gets into the stuff that decides your margins: how you structure your team, the tech stack you genuinely need, where your marketing spend is leaking, and how to make sharper, margin-first calls. Grab a seat.

Deep Dive LDN - 12 November, London: Annual Planning. The one to book if you want to walk into January already ahead. You'll set goals, spot the operational blind spots before they bite, and leave with a 2027 roadmap. Grab a seat.

Who's in the room

This is the bit that makes a Deep Dive unique. The room is small and full of people building real brands.

Past Deep Dives have brought together the likes of Full Power Cacao, Runderwear, Josh Wood Colour, Saucony, BrainGain, Air and Grace, Calla Shoes and Carme Home. Founders who've been through the messy middle and are happy to share what actually worked.

Why founders come back

Ask a regular why they came back and the same things come up:

  • A room small enough to talk. Founders and experts talk with each other, not at each other. Questions get asked out loud, answers get pressure-tested, and the conversation keeps flowing, much like the food and the coffee.
  • Real time with other founders. No dashing off to the next session, just proper conversations that actually go somewhere.
  • Your business, not the theory. The topic gets mapped onto your own numbers and problems, so you leave with "here's what I'd do on Monday," not a page of notes.
  • Partners who help, not pitch. You get a clearer sense of how the right partners could grow your brand, from people sharing what's worked for others rather than selling at you.

It's DTC Live in concentrated form: fewer people, one topic, and the space to get somewhere with it. Hard to picture from the outside, and the kind of day you'll want to do again once you've tried one.

Save your seat

Seats are free for brands, but the rooms are deliberately small and they fill fast.

Not sure which fits? Manchester is for founders focused on scaling smarter and growing more efficiently right now. London is for anyone who wants their 2027 mapped before the new year.
