The UK ecommerce events you still can't miss before 2026 ends

Q4 has a way of swallowing your calendar. Peak planning, Black Friday, the end-of-year scramble. It's also the best window of the year to get in a room with people who do what you do, because the relationships you build now are the ones that pay off in Q1.
Not every event does the same job, though. Some are big stages with a hundred ideas an hour. Some are ten people over dinner. So here's what's on between now and December, sorted by the kind of day (or night) you're after.
Conferences: the big stages
Good for a lot of ideas and a lot of people in one hit. You'll scan the market, hear operators on stage, and cover serious ground fast.
eCommerce Expo - 23-24 September, ExCeL London.
Free to attend, thousands of ecommerce professionals, a couple of hundred solution providers and ten content theatres to work through. Go in with a plan, and it's two very well-spent days.
Connect LDN - 15 October, London.
Our flagship conference: a full day of fast panels with founders and operators, and proper time built in to actually meet people. We break down the line-up and format in our Connect LDN preview.
Workshops: roll up your sleeves
Good for cracking a hard problem in a focused room and leaving with something you can act on the next morning.
Deep Dive MCR: Scaling Smarter - 1 October, Manchester. Register your interest →
Deep Dive LDN: Annual Planning - 12 November, London. Register your interest →
Deep Dives are high-energy, one-day workshops for fast-moving brands serious about levelling up. Each one is built around a single, market-relevant topic, so you go deep rather than skim the surface.
It's the room where you get hands-on with the real growth levers of your ecom business, a specific bottleneck in mind, and leave with a plan. Here's what actually happens at a Deep Dive.
Supper Clubs: the table, not the booth
Good for the kind of relationship you don't build on a conference floor. Our Supper Club is a private dining experience limited to 20 seats per city, where senior founders and operators connect over exceptional food and leave with genuine relationships rather than a stack of business cards.

Supper Club LDN - 12 November, London. [Request a seat →]
Each lands on the same date as that city's Deep Dive, so you can spend the day solving problems and the evening making friends.
Retreats: strategic time, zero distractions
Good for founders who need to step out of the noise and work on the business, not in it.
Trends, Tactics & Transformation Retreat - 27th to 30th October. Gran Canaria.
A strategic retreat for a small, hand-picked group of founders. No inbox, no interruptions, just the day-to-day left firmly at the door. This is the rare stretch of uninterrupted time to think properly, pressure-test your plans, and set direction alongside people carrying the same weight you are. The kind of clarity you can't find in a normal working week.
All costs covered except flights.
Socials: end the year in style
Good for celebrating a hard year's work with the people who truly get it.
DTC Live Winter Experience - 10 December, Somerset House, London.
[Request your spot →]
We're closing the year in style. We've secured exclusive rights to the iconic Somerset House ice rink for a private evening of celebration: skate under the lights, raise a glass to the year's biggest wins, and enjoy premium food and drinks in one of London's most beautiful winter settings, in the company of fellow founders and tech leaders. Spaces are strictly limited.
How to plan your Q4
Pick the format that matches what you need right now. Want breadth? Go to a conference. Got a specific problem to crack? A workshop. After relationships that actually stick? A supper club or a social. Most founders do a couple across the quarter, and that mix is exactly the point.
Whatever you choose, book it now. The good ones fill up, and future-you will be glad you didn't leave it until the Q4 chaos hits.
You can see everything coming up on our events calendar, meet the wider crew in our community, and hear from the founders who speak at these events on the DTC Live On Air podcast.
If you're a solution provider hoping to reach these brands in person, here's how partnering with us works.
Get in the room before the year runs out. It's the easiest thing you can do now that your Q1 self will thank you for.
