Connect LDN 2026: the room every scaling brand wants to be in on 15 October

A few hundred of the UK's sharpest ecommerce founders and operators will pack into one London room on Thursday 15 October for Connect LDN, our brand-first flagship conference. It's fast, it's friendly, and if past years are anything to go by, you'll leave with a notebook you actually keep. Here's why it might be the most useful Thursday of your autumn.

First, the bit to get in your diary

  • Thursday 15 October 2026, Central London
  • Doors at 9 am, drinks flowing by 3 pm, doors close at 5 pm
  • Free for ecommerce brands.

A little taste of what's on stage

We're not going to spoil the whole agenda. But a few moments we can't stop talking about:

  • A founder taking the stage to explain how she hit $15M in two years with zero outside investment. And that's before the morning coffee's gone cold.
  • An honest look at where conversion is really won or lost, built on benchmark data from 1,214 real Shopify storefronts. Prepare to spot exactly where you've been leaving money on the table.
  • Some of the UK's most-loved founders getting properly candid about bootstrapping, retention and the messy bits that never make the highlight reel.

And that's barely a slice of it. The day tracks the whole journey of scaling a brand, from nailing your on-site experience in the morning to the unglamorous ops-and-money sessions after lunch that quietly decide who wins.

Every session is short and sharp, roughly 10 to 20 minutes, so nobody's clock-watching. And there's real time built in for coffee, supplier chats and the hallway conversations that are often worth the ticket on their own.

Who you'll hear from

The stage is genuinely stacked this year. A few to whet the appetite: Louise Zanier, Ecommerce Director at Saucony; Peony Li, CEO of Jude; Chelsey Edmunds, Campaigns & Brand Director at Escentual; and Hannah Cook, Marketing Director at Miniso UK.

You'll also hear from Jonathan Millet (Townhouse), Sam Barroso (The Pet Lab Co), Maria Korhonen (Pulse of Potential), Stratos Chatzigiannis (Ilapothecary), Luke Bream (Valentte), David Brown (By Teddy), Kareem Raslan (BrainGain), Rebecca Hunter (Jolene), Anita Parker-Elms (MadeKind), and Lee Jefford (Strings Direct).

Plus our technology partners running the tactical, roll-your-sleeves-up sessions, so you head home with things to try on Monday: RevLifter, GoKwik, Shopify, Brightpearl by Sage, Parcel Planet, eDesk, Expandly, IFGlobal and Quantcast.

Why you'll kick yourself if you miss it

Here's the truth: the magic isn't only on stage. It's who's sitting next to you.

Past Connect LDN rooms have included TALA, YETI, Ultrahuman, Ruggable, Monday Muse and Myprotein. That's the calibre of founder you could be swapping numbers with over lunch. It's exactly why we keep entry free for brands, so the room stays full of people you genuinely want to meet.

Grab your seat

Tickets are free for brands, but the room only holds so many. Apply for your Connect LDN spot before they're gone.
