As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to pause for a moment and look back at the year across DTC Live.
It’s been one of our busiest so far, with a mix of flagship events, Learning Labs, new formats and plenty of conversations happening along the way.
Here’s our 2025 wrapped:
We kicked off the year with our first DTC Live Brand Retreat in Gran Canaria.
A small group of founders, a few days away from the day-to-day, and space for honest conversations around annual planning.
Sessions were led by operators and founders from The Bottle Club, Built for Athletes and Pulse of Potential. It was a new format for us, and one we’re excited to keep building on.
The year quickly settled into a rhythm with our new and improved Learning Labs, which ran throughout the year.
These brought smaller groups together in London for focused sessions on retention, acquisition, CRO and planning, led by operators sharing what’s actually working right now.
March was a big one with our reimagined DTC Live London flagship event.
On stage, speakers from Lorna Luxe, Hair Syrup, Loop Earplugs and C&C Group shared practical insight into scaling, performance and brand-building.
Later in the month, we headed to Bologna for Cosmoprof, where we hosted a smaller dinner with beauty brands and partners alongside Rainy City Agency - Shopify Platinum Partner.
April was about keeping momentum going behind the scenes, with continued Learning Labs, deeper annual planning sessions and conversations shaping the second half of the year.
In May, we took DTC Live back to Manchester.
The day featured speakers from brands such as MyProtein, Represent and Pott'd, alongside discussions around diversifying channels and scaling beyond social.
Manchester once again brought great energy and thoughtful discussion.
June brought a mix of community moments, including Sip, Style & Scale, our annual Ascot day, partner catch-ups and continued podcast recordings.
Across the podcasts, founders and operators opened up about growth challenges, retention strategies and the lessons learned along the way.
July marked a new chapter for DTC Live. From this point on, the focus sharpened on expanding formats, new cities and deeper learning, while keeping community at the centre of everything we do.
August was intentionally quieter. We use this month to reset, plan and prepare for peak, and this year was no different.
September took us back to New York, with DTC Live NYC bringing together brands and operators from both sides of the Atlantic.
Teams from GOOP, OGEE, Saatva and The Sak shared insight on brand, performance and the customer journey.
We also returned to Gran Canaria for another Brand Retreat, creating space for more focused strategy and connection.
Back in London, we hosted our final large-scale DTC Live London event of the year, featuring speakers from DECIEM, Mallet London, TALA and YETI, alongside further Learning Labs.
November was spent behind the scenes, including our first DTC Live Magazine photoshoot as we prepared for our move from digital into print.
We closed out the year with Sculpt & Scale, bringing founders and operators together for a slower-paced, wellness-led session, and wrapped up 2025 by welcoming new faces to the team and celebrating the year together.
